Positive: Highly recommended! An excellent hotel with outstanding service and genuinely caring staff. • The team is extremely attentive and helpful — they truly went above and beyond. • When we got sick and couldn’t go to the city center for New Year’s Eve, they managed at the last minute to add an extra table and secure a place for us in the restaurant. • We were traveling with a child, and there was even children’s entertainment on New Year’s Eve, which was a huge plus. • All requests were handled quickly and efficiently, with immediate feedback. • The hotel also organized a free excursion for us. • Special thanks to Fabiola and Vladimir at the reception — incredibly welcoming, professional, and fast in solving any issue. Although it’s a 4-star hotel and not located in the city center, it is spotlessly clean, with modern, fresh rooms and excellent housekeeping. Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. Service level is comparable to many 5-star hotels. Perfect choice if staying outside the very center of Rome is not an issue. Amazing value for money.
