Positive: Location is great, overall clean, main bed was good but additional folding bed for 3rd person unacceptable. Studio is very small but cosy. It is on last floor (over 100 steps) so not suitable for people with mobility issues / elderly people.

Negative: - additional folding bed is very uncomfortable - very small (looks bigger on photos) - high floor (over 100 steps) was ok for me but is not suitable for elderly people or people with mobility problems so keep it in mind - average value for money

Summary: Good location, Ok for couple of nights, average value for money
