Positive: The property was in a great location, beautiful beach and very quiet
Negative: The property did not look like the pictures. Very run down, rusty door ( one of my guests cut their hand) lots of bugs even roaches in the home( there were holes in the back patio door frame), no pool loungers or beach umbrella as advertised. Outdoor patio table was old and rusty with no working umbrella so we couldn’t eat outside. Grill was filthy and out of propane. Opened the downstairs couch so kids could do a sleepover together in the playroom and mattress was stained and disgusting. Couldn’t use putting green because it was all messed up.
