The flat is facing a small canal which you can view from all the flat windows. Placed in a true Venetian neighborhood, not in the middle of the tourist area, you will be able to experience the local coffee shops, bars and restaurant of Campo Santa Margherita and several wonderful restaurants all within 100 meters.
