Summary: This truly is in an oasis. As soon as you walk through the gates, into the courtyard, the city goes away. The cleaning lady was delightful! Most of the desk staff was very good. But, the guy that was there when we arrived, about 2pm, said our room wasn’t ready, he didn’t even look. There were bags of guests everywhere and people sitting around. He told us come back at 3. I just think he didn’t want to do check in, his shift ended then. And then when we left, very early at 5am, the desk guy was no where to be found and we were licked in the gate. My husband eventually found him sleeping in the lounge. Other than that, I’d stay again. Great location.
