Positive: The substitute room was very big and comfortable apart from the extreme heat in the bathroom, which was due to a system problem. Ventilation was only alright if the balcony door was open.

Negative: The entire hotel had a problem with the heating system so that all the bathrooms were stiflingly hot and they had no windows. If you kept the bathroom door open, then the whole room was far too hot. This was a known problem not a sudden unexpected one. In the first room the shower did not work, so the staff eventually found us an alternative.

Summary: Lovely location, very nice food and the room was comfortable, but the hotel needs to fix its heating
