The original house is 200 years old extended utilizing local stone and antique floor and roof tiles. Stunning and spacious with 4 bedrooms downstairs each with ensuite bath or shower separated from the living area by a long wide hallway. Upstairs a further bedroom with ensuite shower and bath. There is a private terrace leading off from this bedroom. The sitting room and kitchen have high ceilings with chestnut beams. The kitchen is well equipped with a central island with ample china, glassware and cooking equipment. A terrace off the kitchen is perfect for morning sunshine. There is an inside dining area that leads out to a loggia that has a large dining and seating area overlooking the swimming pool. There is a toilet and shower/changing room off this loggia. Steps down from the terrace lead to the pool. (10 X 5 metres). The swimming pool is chlorine free.
