Positive: Overall, the location is very convenient, with a great view and a lovely courtyard. It's convenient for people with cars. The apartment is spacious.

Negative: The mattress on the bed is very old and warped. It needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The dishes could use some replacement. They're very old and there aren't enough of them.
