The two-level layout of Imperial Vista is spacious and flexible making it comfortable for many combinations of visitors. On the entry level, is a large entry room with sofa that leads to the study. The study has the most spectacular view of the Coliseum from french doors and a Juliet balcony. This room has a sofa, hutch and a table you may want to use for your computer and correspondence. Handsome arched doorways reflect the arches of the Coliseum, connect the study to the living room. The living room is comfortable with two sofas each with three seats. The Coliseum views out the window almost upstages original art on the walls. The art collection is eclectic with fine original oils, pastels and drawings. Several pieces feature cats, the famous mascot animal of the Coliseum. The television receives local Italian channels only. These front rooms face west for spectacular sunset vistas of the Coliseum and Arch of Constantine. The window and french doors are super insulated, when closed, they block the noise from outside. We tested it ourselves and were impressed at the sound dampening of the windows. Another arch leads to the dining room, also nicely decorated with art, books and an ornamental fireplace. The table can flexibly be configured for from 4 to 10 diners. The cupboards contain the tableware for all. Beyond the dining room is a full kitchen that has three windows that overlook the internal courtyard, local rooftops and a utility balcony. The kitchen is compact but fully functional.
