Positive: From the moment I booked my stay the staff and service has been exceptional! They sent me a message asking when I would be arriving and when I did they had my room already ready for me even though we came earlier than check-in. When I booked I had mentioned it was my birthday and they went above and beyond! They not only wished me happy birthday but I was surprised when I came into my room there was a sign wishing me a happy birthday from the hotel as well as balloons on the bed! It is those small touches that really elevate your experience. We went onto the terrace at night to enjoy the view with a glass of prosecco and it was so nice to have that area to see Rome from above. Gabriel could not have been a better front desk staff. He really made sure we had everything we needed, I loved the fact that I received a message that listed reccomended restuarants in multiple areas that were good but not tourist traps. I can't sing this hotel's praises enough.
