Positive: Everything was how its looks in the pic

Negative: I didn’t like the staff , we arrived at the studio and she show us around and before she leave she was telling us, as you arrived late you need to pay for an extra late check in . We were in touch the whole time and we weren’t informed about this on the messages. She was showing me on her phone that I was written in the booking but it wasn’t right also it was written only in Italian . We didn’t wanna be out of the house so we pay for it . Honestly I don’t think it’s fair to pay and not being informed before time .
