The main house (140 m2) comprises :
- a lounge/dining room (with pellet stove) with a large 3 m long table seating 12 people;
- a kitchen opening onto the dining room with induction hob (6 rings) + 2 fridges/freezers + dishwasher + oven + microwave + utensils and crockery for 12 people;
- 1 ground-floor bedroom and 1 upstairs bedroom, each with 1 x 160x200 cm bed (with clothes hooks and storage space);
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with 2 80x200 cm beds (which can be combined to form a 160x200 cm bed) - with clothes hooks and storage space.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, cupboards and WC).
An annexe (70 m2), completely renovated, located a few metres from the house, in the same property (access via several stone steps), has 3 independent, non-communicating bedrooms (individual exit via a French window), each with its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, storage space and WC):
- The dormitory: 1 room with 2 beds 80x200 cm (which can be combined into 1 bed 160x200 cm) + 1 extra bed (90x190 cm).
- L'entre-deux" : 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm.
- La cachette": 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm).
These 3 rooms have air conditioning.
The terrace in front of the main house is equipped with 2 garden lounges (12 armchairs) and parasols.
The swimming pool is heated (May to September, weather permitting) and measures 11 m x 5.5 m. It is fenced and has a secure gate. Sun loungers and parasols are available around the pool.
There is ample private parking for several vehicles at the heart of the property.
The entire property is fenced, surrounded by large hedges and gated. The garden is sloping, with numerous stone steps.
Evenings not permitted. Very quiet residential area.
Baby equipment available on site: high chair, bath, mattresses, cots, fitted sheets.
Pets allowed.
