Villa consisting of 5 rooms including 3 bedrooms. bedroom for 2 people each and 2 bathrooms. Large Mediterranean garden 1100 m2, fully fenced, lighted and maintained by a landscaper very regularly with 6 deckchairs around the swimming pool. The Villa is located below the main road and near the Col du Bougnon. Between the main entrance and the Villa, there is a small descent of 30m. approximately and we ask the tenants to descend in reverse to easily maneuver down the Villa where we can park 2 vehicles near it. Private pool 9m50x4m50, prof. 0.50 to 2.50m with salt water treatment (much healthier than chlorine treatment) maintained by a professional every week. Beautiful natural stone and wooden terraces around the swimming pool. 800m from the sea, 2km from the village, 8km Ste-maxime, 20km St-Tropez, 76km Nice-Aéroport. Numerous sandy and rocky beaches.
