The house, of provençal type, is located at the exit of the Village of Artignosc sur Verdon, with a clear view due south on the hills of the Gorges du Verdon.
It has a salt water swimming pool 7.5x3.5 secured (open from may to end September) on a large terrace and natural space with a large pine tree, a south terrace with garden furniture and a large plancha, a covered terrace to the north, appreciable at noon by great heat. Numerous small corners with garden tables and chairs, garden furniture under patio, decorate the outside.
The house of 140m2 is nicely furnished and includes on the ground floor a large air-conditioned cathedral living room of 50m2 with beams, a pretty Provencal kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bed 140x190 each) opening onto the terrace, a bathroom, separate toilet, and laundry room. Upstairs, a master suite with large bedroom (bed 140x190) opening onto a covered terrace with view of the hills, bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
A baby chair and cot are available if required.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, linen (bed linen, bath towels, cloths) is provided and beds are made up.
Parking is easy with space for 2-3 cars.
