The main house contains two double bedrooms (king-size beds), a third family room with a double bed plus two single beds, and a fourth children's bedroom with two bunk beds. The fifth bedroom is a separate studio with its own entrance, double bed and ensuite shower room. The house can therefore comfortably house up to four couples (eight adults) and a further four children, or two families of five (10-12 guests total). The house contains a total of three shower rooms plus master bathroom, a large open plan kitchen and dining area, living room and study, and separate utility/laundry room.
Outside space includes a large porch with seating for four, a separate terrace with dining table for eight, a barbeque and bar area, a pool dining area with dining table for six, and the main pool area with a rectangular pool of dimensions 8m x 4m.
It is 5 minutes drive from the house to Greolieres village, 10 minutes to the beautiful Coursegoules village, 20 minutes to the Greolieres-les-Neige ski resort, 30 minutes to Valbonne, 50 minutes to Nice Airport, 1 hour to Cannes and 1 hour 15 minutes to Monaco.
