You can either use the stairs than the elevator to enter the house, from where you can see the Adriatic sea from a terrace and a lovely canal on the other. The house is not far from the vaporetto, it is therefore possible to make visits to Venice during the day. Very near the center of the Venice International Film Festival, where every year are stars of international cinema.
